絵画
【内容紹介】
Paintings discovered after the death of an artist who worked as a designer. These works include about 85 mixed media pieces using watercolors、 colored pencils、 felt tip pens、 markers、 glitter、 etc. They are categorized by theme、 such as portraits、 abstracts、 drawings、 and croquis. These works are unpublished except for some that were submitted to art magazine contests. Y?k? Ebara was found to be infected with HIV while studying in France and returned to Japan in 2004. He did not develop HIV、 but some of his works were painted while enduring the pain of being driven to the brink of death by the side effects of antiviral drugs. His works、 influenced by the Tibetan Buddhist view of the universe、 textiles、 and fashion art that he had explored since his student days、 express an unknown and overflowing talent. Bilingual English and French version for overseas.
