For each turn, the player first selects 「 Kami 」. The order of construction and the buildings that can be constructed are determined by the selected 「 Kami 」.
Next, in the order shown by the selected 「 no kami 」, you draft a pair of two construction cards (with the stones necessary for construction) lined up on the table, and place the cards in the building designated by 「 no kami 」.
